And people say that electrocute helps for damage in lane but I'd argue that phase rush does a similar thing. Electrocute is nice I suppose but it only really helps with bursting immediately and sometimes you just need mobility, which in its own way can give more damage indirectly anyway. I also have no mana issues because I run Manaflow+presence of mind. It also gives so much ap later on from gathering storm. I play for the mid and late game teamfights so having the movement speed is invaluable against enemies that want to dive you. I'm gonna be honest here, I can't live without Phase rush.
