Once athletes finish their lap, they are free to do what they want but MUST be in the corral before the bell rings. The only reason to go off course after the bell is rung is to use the restroom. Once the bell is rung no athlete may receive aid, go to their tent/setup area, or receive any outside help. Athletes that are not on the line when the bell rings will be immediately disqualified. A verbal 30 second warning will be given followed by a 10 second countdown. A 3 minute, 2 minute, and 1 minute warning will be given before each run begins. Each race will start on the hour exactly.
